Recommend a beef dish!!

Rendang again but if doing this you have to add some toasted grated or desiccated coconut and of course slow cook it.

Or slow cooked Massaman curry.

Both utterly splendid when properly prepared.

Sounds pretty tasty!

Wrap it in some......cling film and Chuck it in the bin as beef ain’t good for you mate
Our bodies (most especially our intestines) can’t break it down and red meat and white meat Rots in our bowels rather than move through hence the cancers from the hormones injected and chemical preserves pumped into beef and the like. Plant based diet would transform the health of the nation but the big pharmaceuticals don’t want that. Guess why ?
We found the vegan.

Curious as to footy legs’ opinion on fibre

I am curious as to your opinion of fibre

Please enlighten me

There are plenty of valid reasons to move to a plant based diet, but peddled falsehoods about not being able to digest meat is not one of them.
This is true ..... apart from the fact that as far as I'm concerned there are NO valid reasons to move to a plant based diet.

The more meat the better (y)

I'm not vegetarian myself but sorry mate you're wrong, unless you don't mind harming the planet, and your body, for the sake of satisfying your taste buds

Treat red meat like beer. A bit now and then will do you no harm, but overindulge and your health will suffer in the long term (and in the case of farming cattle purely for meat, the environment suffers too)

We have to live sustainable lives

But hey ho, your choice
