Aye - nish, nowt, nada here.
Got them as soon as they went on sale and received confirmation for both transactions (wasn't sure if you can buy more than six tickets at once yet these days..?)
Then another two duplicate confirmations came half an hour later with nothing attached.
Thought it best to message the ticket office and they said:
Good morning,

Thank you for your email.

Tickets will be sent over the next few days, please keep checking you emails including junk.

Took 2-3 days for my tickets to come through via email so if you've just ordered today... you'll just need to wait a bit.

Same I had 2 confirmation emails, am sure they will come through eventually
 
I'm assuming it's not something as basic as this, but it did happen to me, so maybe, I got 2 seemingly identical confirmation emails but the second one had the tickets as an attachment at the bottom of it.

I didn't notice the tickets were there until I scrolled down.

I'm assuming you've all double checked the second email, but you never know.

Good place to start - appreciate the tip.
But alas they weren't on my email (and no paperclip mark for an attachment) nor will anything show on my phone email browser in terms of attachments. But getting the second confirmation with nothing attached did concern me, which I explained to the ticket office. Still plenty of time. Fingers crossed. UTB.
 
I got the attachment straight away.
Does this mean I have to get tickets printed off or can I use email to enter the ground ?

Got our nine tickets sent through on Tuesday via email (and I had had a double confirmation prior to this.) So keep the faith!
I have always printed on our recent trips to Ibrox, but I am more of a paper ticket vintage. I'm sure a younger buck would just present the QR code on their phone...
