Randolph's future @ WHU

It looks like Darren Randolph will be third choice @ WHU next season as WHU are bidding serious money for a new keeper.

However £10m for a current England squad player (Johnstone) looks low.

After a good season - Johnstone must be worth at least £15m.

and yet will no doubt still be on far more money than the vast majority of the championship can afford to pay their number 1 keeper.

Farcical. But obviously nothing new.

I think we might have sneaked a playoff place last season if we had Randolph for every game.

Think how many points bettinelli cost us? How many times you thought he should have saved that? Then think how many times you thought I can't believe Randolph has saved that? I reckon a big points differential in favour of Randolph.

Not enough to make any tangible difference. We'd have still ended up in midtable.

Realistically I was thinking a loan - if we are down to one senior keeper by mid August.

WHU need to keep him playing and third keepers usually are not even involved on Premier League match days.

Randolph is worth some extra points a season not sure about 15-20 but certainly 7 or 8 points - under Woody the problem was a bit more scoring enough opposed to defending.
