I would love that but i don't see Scotland beating Mexico in Mexico City. The record they have there is ridiculous which is a concern for England too

Totally agree with this. There is a real chance that England go out to Mexico in the last 16.

Mexico squad have been based in Mexico City so will be fully acclimatised to the altitude. England will have 4 days to catch up (assuming they move to equivalent altitude) and on top of this they have to deal with playing a decent side with home nation support. It is potentially a VERY tough fixture.

Since the stadium open in 1966 they have lost 11 games
Never lost a World Cup game in that stadium
In World Cup qualifying they have 40 wins, 7 draws and 2 losses (It isn't the strongest qualifying group of teams to be fair).

Altitude is around 7200 feet. For context, Ben Nevis 4413 feet

The temp/altitude has been fine in America, the air conned stadiums making it fairly even but Mexico is a different ball game. Its a real leveller for them plus the passionate crowd which will only increase in noise in a potential fixture against England.

Germany v Paraguay is absolutely not confirmed as Paraguay haven’t even definitively qualified yet.
