Interesting as the track info on the side of the screen showed the track to be clear by the time verstappen entered the last sector. Just like it was for bottas's last lap. It was mentioned in the commentary that the car causing the yellow flag was well off the racing line on the final straight. But I didn't see the side of the track where the marshalls are.

Who knows there may be mitigating circumstances however the usual penalty for this is a 3 place grid drop.
