Not sure what I've seen he is ready for prem yet, great feed, moves really well with the ball, powerful consistent striker of the ball, but he looks a bit heavy to me, needs to work on his fitness and the best way is to play week in week out
Last year of his contract. Might be a cheap gamble that he can find some form.He looked the dogs danglies a couple of years ago, but there is something amiss, gone backwards so badly, seems really out of favour at Norwich
McGree to me was succession planning for when tav left, which is exactly what we needs a DoF for. Now we need to either buy better than McGree or buy someone as cover for McGree who could go on to be great in time.I think we have already signed him. Mcgree.
Isn’t he at Bournemouth? He looked the dogs danglies a couple of years ago, but there is something amiss, gone backwards so badly, seems really out of favour at Norwich
Some good shouts here, liked the look of both Bowler and O'Hare against us last season.
absolutely, I was going to say the same, but then got distracted and forgot to type itReminds me of a young Ross Barkley
No i don’t think it was himI think you are talking Domingos Quina, he was on loan at Barnsley and made his debut vs us
Great shout with Onomah - the only issue is he'd probably cost most of what we sell tav for.I would have suggested Joe Rothwell but just realised he's (also) gone to Bournemouth!
Will Onomah get much game time at Fulham this season?
I think that Boyd-Munce was one of those type of signings, get them into the U23s if they flourish they get on the first team bench and get to push for a start. Wilder has mentioned we need more from our U23 squad, we need to look at that model. My first choice would probably be Callum Styles from Barnsley (Maybe put a £2m bid in?).
22 years old, Hungarian international, used to be a LM but played in the CM role last season - Can also play RM and possibly CDM.
I like O'Hare, Willock, Bowler, etc... but I think Callum Styles is the closest "like for like" replacement in terms of attributes.
Total wildcard, and he's definitely not as good as Tavernier... But I think we should throw £1 million in for Paddy Lane from Fleetwood too.
He's 21, played for Northern Ireland U21s with Boyd-Munce, and he was league 1 young player of the year last season.
He had 13 goal contributions in 37 games for a team which nearly got relegated. He can also play CDM.
We could also use the money we've got to build a younger squad for future seasons...
CB - Ronnie Edwards from Peterborough (19)
RWB - Alex Scott from Bristol City (18)
LB/CB - Shadrach Ogie from Leyton Orient (20)
CM/CDM - Jordan James from Birmingham (18)
CM/CAM - Finn Azaz from Plymouth (21)
Loads of championships clubs do it every season, and have done it this summer.
Huddersfield just signed Jack Rudoni from Wimbledon for 800k.
It will confuse commentators if Bola and Bowler form the left side.Josh Bowler - Blackpool, good age, good pace, good energy, and plenty of quality, out of contract in the summer so should be a reasonable price, got a decent scoring record and can also provide left wing back cover at a push, not played a lot of football so still has improvement in him and I think he'll suit Wilderball.
Amine Bassi. No i don’t think it was him
