I have to say I'm impressed with the way he handles the press. Comes across as calm, intelligent and with a sense of humour. No umming and ahhing or struggling to find the right words just very fluent.
I know that this means little with regard to what happens on the pitch but if he can communicate this clearly with the players to get his ideas across the it bodes well in my opinion.
