I'd be interested to know if Carrick is now starting to see any mood difference in the players. In the past we have definitely struggled once we are in a position to either cement a place in the play offs or move into top 2. Doesn't seem to be happening now.

How does he keep them just focussed on the next game?

It was quite a quick press conference but both edinboro and my questions were asked and answered early on. I had to think of new lines of questioning.

Think he said after Saturday that the training is as sharp as it's ever been and the players are desperate for the next match. Which I think answers your question.
