It doesn't stop you from viewing post history, which is clearly 100% football related obviously.

If people are one note propagandists just block them. I do find missionaries patronising and unpleasant on the whole, but there are people on here who are here for the regional kinship as much as the football.

I've long suspected that this board and perhaps others is used by local labour politicians to influence. Either that or we have been hacked by the Russians or Chinese.

Hard to fathom why the original poster felt the need to make his original post. I'm not sure who it was aimed at but so what if he never posts about Boro/Football. There are many who lurk and don't contribute, it's no problem.
His post has back fired on him as he seems to be equally culpable of not posting a great deal about Boro/Football in his 1100+ posts.
Perhaps it's some sense of inadequacy that makes him feel the need to try and make an unprovoked attack on a fellow board member. Perhaps his ego needed inflating a touch so the keyboard warrior in him comes out.
In the heat of debate we all say something that perhaps we shouldn't or is misconstrued because the meaning or logic doesn't come across as it was meant when typed out. We can disagree but there's no need to fall out, certainly no need to try and provoke someone with an antagonistic post. Sadly he's not alone in doing that.
