Postal tickets not arrived

My son naively bought our 4 tickets for today’s game and chose the ‘by post’ option. (To be fair this was a week ago).
All 4 of us North Stand season ticket holders.
Postie had nothing to deliver just now.
What do we do? Go early and go to the ticket office I guess?

I am a very impatient queuer.
Which is the best/shortest q?

Yes I would get down there early to sort it out

We did the same and ours came early in the week
 
Yeah just go to ticket office. Last time I went I didn't get tickets in time (id moved house and forgot to update details so sent to wrong address) and had no problem getting new tickets printed. Might ask for Id.

Rang ticket office and they said they’d have them ready at NS office.
If there is the big Q there that I often see there in match day do we have to join the back of it? Ie, not Q Jumping 😀 but just wondering if there is a separate Q for collections only???
I really don’t have the patience to queue….puts my anxiety levels through the roof unfortunately

Just make sure you don't leave it too late then you will be fine with your tickets in an envelope.
