Yes, started in 71-72, though my dad took me to selected games, 72-73 was my 1st full season for my both me & my younger brother stood in the boysend, with our dad in the Bob end infront of us two, seperate by a wall

73-74, I was 13 just after the start of the season & can still remember parts of that season & still my favourite ever season, very lucky to have been old enough

It was actually two seasons later Erimus. First game of the 1968-69 season August against Preston NE. Won 2-1.

Can't remember the actual game, but it was the 1969/70 season. In the boys' end leaning on those horrible concrete barriers. Cue the song:
"We are the Boro and we are the best. We've got McMordie so f**k off George Best."
