Poor overall

We can't live in the land of the giants. Pumping ball after ball and we are never going to win it.

For all our possession it hasn't got us anywhere and then they pop up and score a typical Cardiff goal.

Why wasn't there anyone on the post?

We don't look like we've got a goal in us 😔

Agree entirely. You could have predicted a goal like that. Within the rules but hardly exciting or enterprising, effective Yes.

I think the league is as average as it has ever been , Norwich may lead , but not a good team in the league

I agree and mentioned on another thread its the weakest championship I've ever known. However before a ball was kicked I'd have put norwich and Brentford as the top two and I think they are better than the rest.

Person slams people for being negative around covid starts multiple posts that are negative in relation to boro

Erm... I think you will find it was an accurate review of the performance. You don't have to agree and nor do you have to comment.

Have an amazing day. You deserve it.

I too thought we played fairly well against the leagues form team. My concern was the number of high balls we played which their defenders accepted with ease. But overall I was satisfied with the result and after talking to a couple of mates who are Owls fans and who were positively suicidal, I enjoyed my Saturday night. Still in with a shout of the playoffs which we’ll probably just miss out on. Then maybe we’ll hit lucky. Either way it keeps the season interesting.

I thought the perrormance was poor in parts and OK in otherrs. We outplayed Cardiff and if you accept that they are the form team in the league, we did OK. It would have been nice to get the win but it was frustrating that we played into their hands too often. That is down to Warnock to change the pattern of play and he didn't really do that until the substitutions.

Overall it seemed like a point gained rather than 2 lost, I thought.

I thought we were the better team, but not by enough to deserve to win.

We were the better team up to their goal and after ours.

In between, there was nothing in it. Not once did they look like extending their lead. Granted we didn't look much like scoring either. While they may have been ahead on the score board for a long period, at no point did they look better than us on the pitch.

We rarely look like scoring of late... The results emphasise that really. The goal yesterday came from some good fortune with Bettinelli messing his kick out up. We barely laid a feather on them outside of that and they didn't need to raise their game as they got the goal and we just hoofed it at what must be the 3 tallest centre backs in the league.

That is why we will inevitably see the season fizzle out.

He bought a striker that has failed and then blamed the recruitment team despite saying all the superlatives under the sun at the time 🤦🏽‍♂️

Our low crosses instill panic in otherwise solid defences. Johnson and Kebano look the two players who are able to do it.
