Payero deal officially done

Great stuff, hope he does the business and I hope to god we got him tied to a decent contract with no mediocre buy out clause.
 
20% sell in clauses just seem to inflate sales figures so not sure if there would be much of a loss if there is one . I’d assume his contract would extend a yr automatically if we get promoted
