Paul Heaton - Newcastle Arena 9/12/24

If we are talking about his sidekicks Brianna Corrigan is/was far and away the best. Would not of went to Newcastle Arena to see him but glad he is now at that level.
 
I chose to go see him in Leeds a few weeks ago because i hate Newcastle ice rink. Better atmosphere in pubs before hand also, always seems like a fight is about to explode in Newcastle.

Was a great gig in Leeds

got tickets to see him next year at Bramall Lane supported by Lightning Seeds and Shed 7
 
I went, agree on the Arena not being a good venue. Was originally supposed to be City Hall where I had a ticket but moved due to demand unfortunately, we were near stage but a speaker blocked some of the band. OP spot on, he was brilliant as was Rianne Downey. Her voice was superb last night and Paul Heaton sounds as good now as he did in the 80s. Great night

Saw him in Wolves last week, great venue and Paul on top form…..Welcome to Heatongrad…
 
Newcastle Metro Arena is about to be knocked down and a new one built on the Gateshead side of the river. Hopefully built like the Hydro in Glasgow.
 
I dont buy the drinks in Leeds Arena just drink in the pubs outside. We always stand and get near the front so is too much hassle trying to move and yes they are expensive
