Passed a kidney stone this morning

Pleased to say I'm right as rain today.
I got carted off to the hospital here in Bahrain, they took blood, I had a CT scan and it's out of the renal system. It's currently either passed through or it's still in my bladder...it did feel a bit weird today mind. Like something shouldn't be in there.
Still feel like I've been run over by a truck, but ok. Feels like some bad dream now.
 
Admitted to hospital twice in just over a year. Stones in both kidneys and removed each time with surgery then a stent fitted that also had to be removed later. Wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy. Ended up curled up in a ball, on the floor, in the Redcar health centre place. Needless to say I was admitted straight from there. Total diet change regarding certain foods like red meat, dairy products and broccoli and cauliflower of all things. I'm also on a medicine that is basically super strength citrus juice as my urate levels just don't come down and I will produce more stones if my pee isn't more acidic.
Never do I want to suffer that pain again. I thought gout was bad 😞

Hope you're on the mend. Is it dietary related or genetic disposition for kidney stones? Anyone know?

Easy to use and extremely efficient.
Yea dietary - nuts mainly,red meat. Lots of water required.
