This whole government are a national embarrassment (or they should be). They need to be gone, I hope they are after the next election (which can’t come soon enough). I’m ashamed of what they’ve turned our nation into in the eyes of the world. Disgusting.
 
It's all perfectly legit- for him anyway. He didn't get fined for it, just the others who were there.

The met certainly have some questions to answer.

"We didn't investigate" is nowhere a satisfactory reason why they've not issued him with a fine for this.

I can't believe that Tory MPs are allowing themselves to be complicit in this. From my point of view he may well be ushering in long overdue change and realisation from ordinary people that the Tories do not have anyone's interest at heart beyond their own, their friends and class and their accountants.

The interesting point here is that those photos were from a leaving do on 13th November 2020.

Boris Johnson subsequently said to the House that there were no parties on 13th Novemember and that all rules were followed at all times.

He's caught bang to rights for misleading the house.

I’m a little lost as to what you’re getting at.

The rules were different when Starmer was campaigning to those in place at the time of the photos just leaked, which also prove Johnson misled Parliament.
