Parking at Cardiff

You can pay on the day at the ground, there is a specific away car park. Doesn't take too long to get away either.
 
There's a school that charges £5 that's about a five minute walk. You do have to walk past a makeshift bar that some fanatic has made in his garden though
 
We parked for free last year on road going through an industrial estate behind the retail shops (ASDA) near the ground. However was it a Sunday lunchtime. The Athletics stadium has a £6 car park usually.
 
Just to note, the currently on sale blocks have now sold out. I would guess there are more to go on sale. Be good to get a couple of thousand there.
 
What is it like getting away afterwards and back on the M4?
Could really do with a sharp exit. Any advice as best place to park to do so would be much appreciated.
 
I have booked into the Gol car park, on there website it says kids can have a kick about on the pitches so that swung it for me!
