Lol. Like ThatFragranceGuy said, the dubbing can be laughable sometimes and spoil the movie.
 
I watched the mini-series the fall of the house of usher and thought it was absoloutely terrific. If you like Poe's work you will love it. If you are not a fan of the gothic horrors, probably not so much.

I thought it was pretty terrible TBH. I wanted to like it but it just didn't work for me.
 
saw it in the cinema & was excellent & also watched the B&W version which is - apparently - how the director imagined the film in his head.. I really enjoyed the B&W version esp the heavy rain scene..

All of it. I love Poe and I love Lovecraft and I'm usually really into my horror stuff. Give me the old Corman Poe adaptations over that recent series any day of the week.

What did you make of Parasite? I thought it was a pretty good film but I couldn't understand why everyone was wetting themselves over it and it was winning so many awards. I've seen all of Bong Joon-ho's films and for me, Parasite is probably the weakest one of all of them,.

Not watched it. My wife watched it and loved it. She went with subtitles rather than dubbing.

I like the idea for the story though.
