Glad to see it open again, I went to concerts there as a kid and also the ABC Minors.

Hope it gets some good bands/ artistes and plays. It will lift the pubs etc nearby. Very good for the town and area in general.

I think he means that Paloma Faith has a level of popularity that other acts the venue puts on will also have. ie the venue will not be putting on avant garde acts who attract 2 men & dog or restricting themselves to a certain genre of music. After all the need to recoup the money spent on the place.
