For some reason I thought he'd had it for a while now.

my grandad had it. I reckon he picked it whilst he was working in the paint division at the ICI.

I wonder if he's had it a while - hard to tell that from the damage in his wilder years?
He's lived a life for sure but it's a horrible illness to take him to his end.
