Is awesome. All 4, at this level, are immense. And we have Grant Hall & Djed in reserve. With Johnny H in front of them we will be really hard to beat this season

Need to turn those draws in to wins and we could make the PO's

Agree. Not one team in this league have created many chances against us. When we went 1:0 up tonight I was confident of the win. (y)

I think Gibbo will look at what Neil has done to the team since he’s arrived once we get to jan window and see crowds and revenue are heading back ; and will do everything he can to get a Neil striking target through the door
I bet k.Moore is thinking what was I thinking
If we’d gotten him I think we’d be top by now
Hopefully some striker mostly sat on the bench somewhere will fancy coming and playing for Neil in January
It’ll be the final jigsaw piece because we are primed ready to take off folks
👍👍👍

As a striker in a championship or struggling Prem team we must look more attractive now than ever.
Thats my point. strikers must be looking and thinking ; i like the look of that if not getting a look in at their clubs. I remember Neil talking above keifer moore when he lost him to cardiff (of all places) and he said (with a hint of sadness in his voice i thought) 'its his loss' I think Neil and his team looked at moore and seen his mobile-ness and eye for goal and thought ; And we'll make him even better.

Moore at Cardiff (dont know how many goals he's scored) are 18th and their manager is heading for the boot shortly. I never rated him.
Moore must of been offered a few grand more/week for Cardiff. Understandable but is it really when you think longer term; Neil W would've had him bouncing here and fired us to the premiership where Moore then gets a new deal and trebles his wages.
Moore couldnt see his future.

Lets just hope some good mobile striker can see his future with Neil and Gibbo splashes some cash in the January window knowing a vaccine is on the way and crowds will be back very soon & therefore revenue.

Fully agree👍

I genuinely think that Warnock had a sneaky feeling he had a decent side in the summer.

He probably tried to sell that vision to many perspective signings. I guess they probably looked at our league position pre Warnock and thought 'no thanks'. Also Warnock said publicly that some clubs simply blew us out of the water in terms of wages (talking about Williams going to Bristol City).

I'm not sure who we actually went in for as so much rumor and gossip. That said he's admited we wanted Moore and I think he's the one that genuinely got away.

I think he'd be superb leading the line in this current side. He's a big lad but also decent on the deck and surprisingly mobile for a guy of 6ft 5.

I would be suprised if we ain't looking for someone of his 'type' in Jan. I think Britt and Akpom are trying hard enough but it's not a role either are comfortable with.

I've said from the beginning if Gibbo & NW bring in the players they want then playoffs guaranteed, autos a very big possibility

Why? Other than last night when we played a little more open, we don't typically create chances for the strikers. Chuba and Britt ~never~ get the ball slipped in behind, it's always into the corners or the body.
