ORMESBY VILLAGE ROUNDABOUT TO CLOSE FOR RESURFACING
Motorists are being alerted that the Ormesby Village roundabout will be closed overnight next week for resurfacing work.
The closures form part of Middlesbrough Council’s ongoing £7 million carriageway improvement programme.
The Ormesby roundabout will be closed from 7pm to midnight for five nights from Sunday, June 18 to Thursday, June 22.
Full traffic management arrangements will be in place, with local diversions clearly signposted throughout.
A Middlesbrough Council spokesman said: “These closures are taking place at off-peak times to minimise disruption, and we are grateful to motorists for their understanding and patience.
“This is the latest phase of our carriageway resurfacing programme, and will fully restore this important junction.”
