One film you watch over and over....

bear you're a star, the bits I remember in the film are included in the storyline, now I know what I'm looking for I can go searching
One wet afternoon when it's cold & wet outside, the rest of the family are at work then the film, chocs & tea will be on the agenda 👍
Well worth a watch. Really good film.

Laughing, The Deer Hunter for me gets better the second of third time you watch imo. I agree its long.

It got under my skin and summed up USA & Vietnam and how it affected working class communities on a macro and micro level. Most Vietnam films don't show the full longer impact of war. (Born on the 4th of July was another)

I can watch "Cabaret" several times over - probably because the songs are so good and the back drop was so dramatic and its just so sexy.

I don't think I've ever found a film that I would want to watch more than once.

There have been a few times that I've been in situations where I couldn't really avoid watching a film again (such as being with another person or persons who chose the film) and didn't find the experience particularly unpleasant but I wouldn't do it of my own volition.

Grease without doubt. we always have to sing along to the songs too. It is fair to say that it Is probably my most watched film ever.

A close second would be The Outlaw Josey Wales, love a bit of Clint Eastwood, my favourite actor.

I also can’t leave this thread without giving an honourable mention to a film that always makes me shed a tear. I don’t know what it is about this film, but it catches me out every time. I also think the lead actress in this film is simply perfection. The film is Ghost.

Logans Run, 2001,Mississippi Burning, The Green Mile.Dollar Cowboy, Apollo 11, Cool hand Luke.
