One Boro ITK claims Neil is off

He has no trouble motivating himself you just had to see him on the touchline last Wednesday night, he was bang up for it and he was trying to get the crowd going....the very people who are questioning HIS commitment to the cause....
Great, so he will have no problems motivating others then, therefore not an excuse like you suggested.

According to the Gazette, Hall injured his groin in training before the Hull game and Payero has a knee injury that kept him out of the squad. Either or both would have at least made the bench otherwise.
How can you be certain?
Warnock was willing to have a space on the bench just to make a point.

You thought Woodgate would turn it around!? Was that just a hunch like an old school detective? There was ZERO signs that Woodgate would turn it around, it was an utter shambles. I'm not backing Nobby up here either, I don't agree with alot he says and I too think it's time Warnock moved on, but when you suggest Pulis should have stayed and Woodgate could have turned it around, it does make your opinions somewhat discreditable. But of course you are entitled to them.
As bad as it was under Woodgate there were signs that we were capable of being a good team. The first half vs Brentford at home (might have been first home game of the season), the Hull home game before Johnson was sent off, and then there was the wins away at Preston and WBA. I agree not a lot to go on, and it wasn’t anywhere near enough to warrant him keeping his job, in fact the bad far outweighed the good many times over, but to say there were zero signs is not true.

3 of them were out before the season started. Fry was only injured in the last game and Peltier played in the last game.
You've said yourself Payero isn't good enough but I'll give you Hall and Hernandez.

You're grasping at straws.
Are those players available or not ?
I don't care when they were injured
Warnock can't play them....Comprende ?

Ok I may have got a bit carried away with the 'ZERO' signs bit 😂

That said, those few signs sprinkled here and there did not suggest in anyway that things were going to be turned around.

So Fry and Peltier played in the last game but you're claiming that their unavailability for the next game has had an impact on what has gone on previously?

You're being completely disingenuous Nobby and treating me like an idiot.

I'd advise you not to repeat that patronising comment.

Fry was injured when it was 0-0 we conceded shortly after so of course that's relevant.

Peltier fair doo's that's the next game but if we sacked Warnock and replaced him the new manager would have the same issue....

How is it irrelevant?
Because they aren't available... How do you know Fischer Ameobi Browne etc wouldn't have played ? It's the managers call...What I'm saying is Warnock didn't have the option to play them or use them from the bench.
PS forgot about Djiksteel add him to the list please 👍

And we both apologised for it...nothing to do with you...keep your beak out Thanks
Only after I called both of you out for it and even then it took you some time to do it. And it's not about keeping my beak out but more about sticking up for a young lad and one of the best posters on this board. You think you can get away saying rubbish like that with impunity but you can't and I'll bring it up at every opportunity. Your behaviour now is as bad as it was before you were put on the naughty step and that's saying something.

I could say the same about you....

If he's not using them it means he doesn't think they can influence the game. Payero was hopeless against Reading he didn't do anything positive with the ball just ran around and worked hard. Lea Siliki is wasteful in possession and is prone to losing the ball in dangerous areas, neither are ready play a major part yet. If I was Warnock I wouldn't play them either, doesn't matter how much they cost....
So will these players improve sat on the bench? They are our players and we have invested huge amounts in Payero, what’s the point in signing players like that with a manager who can’t use them?

Try 6 days ago v Sheff Utd, it's patently obvious you didn't attend...
Right so after the awful form of 2021, one game was enough to convince you he should stay?

Of course I didn’t attend, I have said many times I have zero interest in attending while he is still here, and looking at the highlights from Tuesday it seems like many fans also weren’t bothered and stayed away, haven’t seen it that empty in a good while. Think that says it all about the level of support he still has

I don't think any manager could use them at the moment JM they aren't upto the speed and intensity of the Championship....I'm as disappointed as the next guy but you have to throw Warnock a bit of slack. I bet he would have loved to hwve signed Mowatt who has hit the ground running for WBA but he's out of our league...

One game seems to be enough to decide he should go...Hull City ! Away game in appalling conditions, injury problems, centre half goes off injured and we concede a fluke goal....
I just don't think those set of circumstances warrant the sack 👍

18th in the form table for the last 6 games - 2 wins, 4 defeatsPardon me for being underwhelmed……..
There are reasons for that though...as I've explained. It's not like he's lost the dressing room or his team selections or substitutions are unfathomable. He just doesn't have any options...He realistically only had a couple of changes from the bench v Hull in Uche and Jones that could influence the game.
When games come thick and fast you need to be able to change things a bit...he simply can't.
