Ollie Watkins to Villa. £28m

£33m - Wow - price seems a bit high even at £28m - he has to be a success.

I thought he played well against us, but was not stand out. At £33m you are paying for an established international for me or someone established in the Premiership

Because nobody likes your horrid, cheating no-mark club.

The bloke doesn’t support anyone. Just hovers round football message boards pretending to support someone from another club. Strange people in this world.

I think you're mixing up with someone else.
Derby fan all my life for 35 years. Home and away games. I also go to England games too.
We have opposition teams fans on our forum to have a discussion so I don't see what's the problem here?

I personally have no problem with you being here. However, I have no idea what you’d get out of it??

I honestly think Villa are really pushing the boat out concerning their finances. Given what they allegedly spent to get out of the Champo and the wages they are paying - another season like the last and the whole ship will have a dirty great hole in it.

I don't see a move to villa as a good move. I can only presume its because no fecker else wanted him or would pay 28mil (rising to 33).

He says its a 'great club' and of course the Dean Smith link. I wouldnt buy it as he would have signed for any better side haf they wanted him.

Villa are gonna be in a relegation battle again and hardly create many chances. I would imagine its slim pickings up top (like Boro under pulis and woody).

Watkins reccomended to Boro in Jan 2018 , fee of £8m - £10m . So I was told .

sums up what our transfer policy was back then— even so you could not have predicted that Watkins would have gone on to be where he is now — and bagging a hat trick against the Reds.

Saïd Benrahma for 2.5mil and Neil Maupay for 1.6mil. Two absolute stunning bits of business. Think Watkins was 3mil from Exeter.

I imagine fans went 'who the feck are they' when signed and straight onto Google. Just proves that pretty much unknown 'gens' are availible👍

They will probably take in the best part of 70mil for the 3. Total outlay roughly 7mil👍. They bought the 3 of them for 'a Saville'.
