These multiple accounts are a nightmare.

Shouldn't have to spend so much time suspicious that you're viewing one guy having an argument with himself, but it was rampant.
 
Thanks to the OP on this thread, some of the more objectionable posters on the old board have gone and, hopefully, there'll be less of a "wild west" ambience in the place. It's funny how they almost line up to be booted off .... back to the comforting breast of fellow wazzocks on COB.

What is so wrong with your life that you spend most, if not all, of your time making up usernames to post utter dirge on a number of boards?

You have serious issues that need addressing, you pusillanimous cretin.

It’s actually a waste of time trying to address him although you may feel better having a go at him. He has mental issues A disorder which means he needs to feed off attention so the more you engage with him the more he will enjoy it. The ignore button works perfectly. He disappears.

I think silencing voices you don’t agree with sets a bad example, wiki definition.....Freedom of speech is a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or a community to articulate their opinions and ideas without fear of retaliation, censorship, or legal sanction

Theres more than him has 2 users names theres a couple of favourites have posters following not posted but liked them over 300 times. Others use others to fire their bullets. It was the same on the old board, once one joined this board DD disappeared. Nice.

Let’s not pretend this about silencing somebody who simply holds an alternative point of view.
 
That is bad behaviour indeed but I didn’t understand that this conversation is about one individual? Iknow there are a number of users being filtered for next to no reason other than disagreeing with other posters on here. I had the temerity to disagree with rand savage/wee gord and that was six weeks ago - I can barely post now!
 
I don't post much, generally. But like some, I feel obliged to contribute on and off, prefer to read the craic. I am a recent season ticket holder (6 years) and came along screaming, persuaded by my brother who is a long time season ticket holder, his son, my Niece and bro-inlaw. A bit of a family thing you could say. North stand regulars. Came over from the other forum because of the lack of quality football postings. I'm still trying to 'educate' myself in this game. Far better posters here , much improved format as well. I hate politics and sport, I see football as a place to escape from it and do not like politics being forced on me, even if I actually agree with the sentiments and reasons behind it.
