i cant see anyone accusing a 8 year old girl of anything? understandably many are questioning a convicted criminal , fraudster and peddler of hate with a agenda against certain people, especially as hes the only one whos being charged.
if what he says is true hes gone a very strange way about it.

If his daughter was assaulted I hope the perpetrator is prosecuted and punished accordingly and I also hope that Yaxley-Lennon is punished as he can’t seem to stop taking the law into his own hands.

Seems odd how many placid people we have on here who would not react if someone did to their kids what it is alleged happened to TRs. I think some people need to be a little more honest about what they would do - I would guess 8/10 would take the law into their own hands in this instance.

that’s the point though it’s not about him - all the things you mention should be irrelevant in a court of law with each case tried on its merits or otherwise.

It is sort of about him, he's been arrested for assault after all.

Surely if the alleged sexual offence against a minor had taken place, or the other party had committed an assault on Mr Yaxley-Lennon, then the article would have mentioned it?

I agree mate, but you would assume the police would have done that immediately upon on the accusation being made. Unless there isn't any and it is one word against the other. We may never know.
