Nottingham Forest in breach of FFP.

Someone was saying to me the other day that Forest were in breach because they got the rules wrong. Over 3 years a team can make a loss of £105m so Forest were working to that figure but because they were a championship team for 2 of them years they were only allowed to lose £50m. Then they thought they'd be ok because they sold Brennan Johnson but they missed the cut off to include him in last season's figures. That's major ineptitude if it's correct.

Havent Everton already been punished for this with their points deduction?
That was a previous 3 year period. They've been open book with the PL since they knew they'd breach so it's unlikely they'll be punished again unless the most recent year didn't see a reduction in line with the required plan they had agreed with the PL.

Pretty sure this is just a statement of fact, that Forest and Everton have breached. There is no auto-punishment. Any punishment will be on review and decided based on why there was a breach

And still no mention of Man City.
The unfortunate truth is that in the Premier League's book, you're better off breaching something 115 times than one, as they can deal with one right away and presumably take decades to sort through the 115 others.
