Hugh Grant, not only does he not change his accent he tends to play pretty much the same character time and time again.

Having said that I think he seems like a decent bloke, and his self parody in Paddington 2 is absolutely brilliant.

He plays someone totally different with a different accent in 'The Gentlemen', although in the main I take your point.
