Not in the red button tonight?

It's a rearranged fixture.
Neither match is on the Red Button tonight.

Charlton v Fulham is on tomorrow, but that's it.
 
The red button is a sky service. I’m guessing Boro have very little control over whether it is shown or not I’m guessing given the agreement the tv company have with EFL
 
Sky can show re-arranged games on the red button if the two clubs agree. They only have rights for the originally scheduled midweek match days so in this case they need permission from both sides. As Boro were one of the clubs who wanted to pull out of the Sky TV deal as they thought it was undervalued they seem to be against taking the small amount of money offered to be shown on the red button. Hence the lack of red button games over the festiive period when most other clubs in the league were shown.
 
I don't really blame the club for taking a stand, even though I always use the Red Button if it was an away game

Thanks. I’m not sure what benefit it would be for Clubs to agree beyond those contractually included? It must affect the gate.
