Norwich Fans Unrest

They used to have a waiting list for season tickets and I think it's the same today. Them empty seats are disillusioned fans. They have always been a family club.

Tickets at Carrow Road arent cheap either including STs

Everyone remembers the Chris Sutton, Ruel Fox era didnt they win away at Bayern Munich in the UEFA Cup?

EDIT .. yes with classic Motson & Brooking commentary

Shhh don't tell the MOD, we hid away from that lot. A deck chair tour of duty, getting closed down and Moved to Neatishead. Cliff erosion.
That big old hotel [past Tesco] they finally turned into "apartments" - is gradually cracking. The old gun emplacements at the back are gradually slipping sea-wards. I`m told that hotel was commandeered by the RAF in the War [Officers 5 star*****]. ps: Pongo`s got the beach

Enjoyed my time at Coltishall - lovely jets too although relied on the curvature of the earth to get airborne.

Didn't have a car at the time and trained home - had to get the 4.30 out of Norwich to get the last train Darlo to Saltburn - fun times.

The joys of the spoilt b*stard football fan. Where are they in the table, bottom 3 eh?

Fans will now see the team as an established PL one, expecting to be "back where we belong" after May.........🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
They remind me of Boro under Southgate in the championship, except we panicked and pressed the big red button after just 2 defeats in 8 games. Norwich fans have become used to smashing the league, and this team don't look able to do that, so the fans are revolting and worse not turning up, which is a rarity in Norwich.

There is a bit of a malaise around the club, Pukki looks less interested, Sargant is the only one running up top, defence is error strewn and midfield runs a lot but lacks someone to really stand out and unlock doors like Buendia last time.

The way they smashed this league in the last couple of attempts, and 4 of their last 6 seasons at this level have led to promotion, puts a lot of pressure on them. They've already lost a game more than in the entirety of the 20/21 promotion campaign, and two more than in 18/19, there is maybe a bit of entitlement in their fan base

I think the "were we right to sack Southgate" argument will burn forever. However, assuming the decision was made before that Derby win, it was 4 defeats in the previous 8.

My sister lives in the Norwich area, she went to Wembley with her sons on a coach full of Norwich fans(she was supporting the Boro of course) on the way back they couldn't believe how quiet the bus was
I always remember after the Play Off Final, most 'Boro fans left at FT, as we obviously didn't want to stay to watch Norwich celebrate winning, and when coming out of Wembley, there were just as many Norwich fans leaving as 'Boro fans.

Couldn't believe the amount of yellow & green shirts I saw coming out at FT.

Just won the play offs to the Premier League and they're heading for the exit instead of celebrating. Quite crazy!
