One of the VIPs is having a good laugh - reminds me of the scene out of Oliver Twist when the inmates of the workhouse are eating gruel and the Work house Guardians and Overseer are having a feast in a side room with money from the Workhouse budget. People said they wee the bad old days - well they are back.
