No point starting a cricket season in August. Depends how much money the county clubs would be able to make in six or seven weeks. If it's not viable, they might as well bin the whole season off.

It’s the centenary of the Kerridge Cup in the NYSD league. The league management committee want to somehow play it. Also have plans to have some league games played. All this is on the NYSD play cricket website if interested.

you’d think cricket would the easiest game to bring back.

No county championship games but maybe t20 and other short form. Its actually more of a money spinner for the counties now.

Would also love to see some local cricket so Kerridge would be a good option.

I can't understand that one bit, cricket non contact sport to resume August, football contact sport, erm as soon as possible, ££££££££££££££££££, the only thing I can think why
