AFC looks like it could spring some interesting playoff contenders while the NFC has perhaps two outstanding teams. Dolphins are perhaps a contender to Kansas while Detroit and Tampa meet in big AFC /NFC matchup.

Cowboys are back home Monday night which could decide McCarthy’s fate after last weeks drubbing in San Francisco.

Thursday, October 12

Sunday, October 15

Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears:
San Francisco 49ers vs. Cleveland

I’m not expecting too many upsets this weekend although there’s a potential for upsets at the Bengals and Cowboys. Marquee matchup is perhaps the Colts and the Jags.

Browns taking brownsyness to new levels (depths)
I’ve learnt over the years that the Browns fanbase likes nothing better than to create drama.

To be fair they have had lots to be dramatic about but this one seems very contrived to me. Watson is injured and will come back when he’s fit. That’s about it really.

It is frustrating that we appear to be wasting the best D we have had in years but it’s just typical of how things go.

New York Giants vs. Buffalo Bills
Another late game starting at 1:20am on Monday morning.

The small mercy of the Giants 1-4 start is I've only seen 2 games & we are 1-1 in them. Since the season started this'll be the 2nd late game on a Sunday, also been the Monday Night game & Thursday Night game as well. Hopefully back to 6pm on a Sunday (UK time) from here on out.

Jones is out so he won't have the opportunity to increase his win record in 'prime time'.

Dolphins go 14-0 down in first quarter, second quarter, 21 unanswered points! Just to add to the general chaos Tyreek Hill gets called for "taunting" second game in a row for taking too long celebrating (all his own fault this week)

Well I didn’t see that coming for the Browns, beating the 5-0 49ers when they missed a FG to win the game.

Deserved it too, D was superb.

We should've won.
Poor coaching/play selection cost us 3 points at the end of the 2nd Q.

Would've then kicked a FG to win the game.

Just watched the highlights package of the Browns game, as said, awesome defense.
It's a shame we can't get it all to fall into place just for one season.

Arguably should've been a hold called on the last play to give us another shot at a TD from 1 yard line.

Or pass interference...

Anyway the tank is still on until we pick up some garbage wins, probably starting against Washington this week.

I couldn’t believe you never ran it on the final play from the 1yard line esp with our biggest hitter missing in Milano

We can't block or generate a push at the moment, the only person starting & expected to be playing is the RT and he's having a bit of a mare, everyone else are backup guards.

I think that is 3 games without a TD being scored by the offense, so I'm more surprised we don't just kick a FG as soon as we are in Gano's range tbh.
