Hey pop pickers.. it’s your friendly neighbourhood eye in the sky transfer speculation.. erm.. speculator.
I’m going in heavy on Callum Brittain.. not too impressive seen as he’s been linked and interest has been confirmed.
The ‘list’ is not as big as many would have you believe.. even by my own actions off impossible impractical and unsuitable turnovers and change outs.. for entertainment purposes and to show what a huge task is ahead.. how complicated thing can get etc.. a poorly laboured point that is most likely missed by most (if not all)
Steve Kapuadi is not as much as a name out of the hat.. there is a little method in the madness. The flurry of international U21 he most certainly is not. Missed a trick with the lad from Aberdeen and a schoolboy error with Sulc.. I forgot to check the plane! Looks like he’s attracting big time interest too.
But.. how about this one for a bit of a curveball and one to add to the official top five picks?

First of all.. not at all far from Glasgow Rangers.. let’s all jump to conclusions.. we’ve got a friendly set up.. who is their top dog and rumoured to be on the move?
The obvious choice.. Motherwell is close too.. are footballers going to live in the big city.. possibly not.. less so perhaps with a local lad.
Now.. here’s the stretch.. three academy midfielders all in Portugal vying for a spot in the squad and the first team. An experienced hand in the centre of the park.. a Jonny Howson type a Glen Kamara type.. no more silly under 21s.. especially not in midfield where we are stacked.. but with a midfield three.. perhaps less so.. and with possible movement perhaps even less so.
At 18 years of age he became Motherwell youngest ever captain.. ladies and gentlemen.. may I introduce to you.. the one.. the only..

A deep lying playmaker who recently made is debut with Scotland.. we’ve got a few Scottish lads in the ranks ourselves and we had one very famous Scottish midfielder who made his name in a Boro.. kudos to the man who picks up that gauntlet.
Only Celtic captain Callum McGregor won the ball back more times than Miller.. also the most fouled central midfielder in the league, a nod to his ability to use his body to protect the ball in tight spaces and his dribbling prowess.
Ranked third among midfielders for chances created by the end of the season as well as deliveries into the box. an adept set piece taker.. Miller grabbed eight assists for Motherwell.. a tally only bettered by Nicolas Raskin of Glasgow Rangers amongst central midfielders.. subject to a £25m bid from Aston Villa.
His passing accuracy as a whole is further down the charts.. which hints at an area for development but this may suit Edwards’ direct style.. also Miller's tendency to play riskier passes forward could also be behind the lower figure.
