I've heard it's Ryan Lowe who will join regardless of our division and Plymouth's division - not interviewed as such more of a 'gentleman's agreement' with both Lowe & Plymouth to join at the end of the season to avoid any mid-season disruption. Talks have been ongoing since July well before Scott arrived. Scotts role purely 'recruitment' and not picking the new boss. Boro & Plymouth working on creating closer links between the two clubs again regardless of divisions (sharing scouting set ups /youth pathways).

I live in Plymouth and know dozens of season ticket holders and employees of Argyle, yet I haven’t heard so much as a whisper about this news.....
