New manager anyone?

Not even sure this needs my opinion to be fair, but how can we make the same mistakes week after week ? Only one person in charge at the end of the day without a clue
 
We keep churning managers over don’t we , they leave for one reason or another . Might as well persevere unless things get grim but I doubt theyl get grim . We’ve invested good money theyl all leave if we get a good offer but unfortunately some will leave too cheap . We’re not quite there yet and we’re scoring atleast 2 today . #jones
 
I have been critical of carrick, but not all he's fault. He has to take responsibility for the defensive frailties, but the finishing is just unbelievablely poor, he cant control that.

Same mistakes costing goal after goal, come on he is totally responsible for how we play. The upstairs staff continue to pull a gem signing but his tinkering every week means no consistency and ultimately disappointing games with more possession and no points, where we expected to compete for promotion this year by the football writers?

It’s the middle of October mate, get a grip
 
No, the team will come good.
But
He needs to make us less open defensively
And he needs to make changes earlier when we go are behind, it seems like it's a sin with modern management to make half time changes.

Tinkering every week?

He’s played the same starting 11 as the last game? If you’re going to make an argument at least make a valid point.

Also you’re contradicting yourself .. one minute he keeps tinkering, the next we got beat last time so he should’ve tinkered?

Looks like someone picked the wrong day to stop sniffing glue

Needs to show he can change things around.
At the present time our home games are like groundhog day.
If we don't change the way we play (or at least the results) then yes I would change the manager.
