pointless PR role. this no northern levelling up, it's illusion and spin. The south gets cross rail the north doesn't quite get HS2 to get south quicker. Kent gets an 8.5bill+ tunnel to essex, Teesside gets 301m for transport regional settlement, about one-twentifith of what Kent gets.

The gap is growing and will continue until you out them all.
