New Air Destination from Teesside Airport

Excellent news and clearly worth the £40m of public money to purchase a failing airport by itself. Plus the annual £2.5m operating loss and undisclosed further public subsidy given to airline operators to 'encourage' these new routes, of course.

Get ready for that to massively skyrocket with the collapse in domestic and foreign travel.

If you look on wikipedia at what happened to passenger numbers there after 9/11, imagine what its going to be like with a 14 day quarantine and people not wanting to sit next to other people for a few hours.

This is great for me, should save me a ton of time when I’ve got meetings down in the South West, which is more often than I would like.
Just hope the flights aren’t a fast turnaround.

Got a feeling you’re gonna be sat next to the pilot !

Teesside airport will only have quarantine for the KLM fliers if they don't travel more than once a week. All other flights may be popular now to travel around the uk for short breaks when hotels start opening.
