A quick Q and A with Neil Warnock. It can be part of your big match build up this afternoon.
I asked the Boro boss these questions yesterday... An exclusive for you readers if you like.

Q: We have been showing tremendous energy, driving through midfield. The fans have appreciated the tremendous shift we are putting in – do you work on that?

NW: Well, we haven't worked on it. But look at Saville. Saville's playing like I know he can play. This is the player I saw at Millwall, I mean the other day when I told him I was leaving him out he was distraught. He let his dogs bark next to me all bloody night to keep me awake. But he was distraught and that is how you want players. I said, well I am giving you a rest. He said, I don't need a rest. I said, well I think you do. But that's what you want. You want players like that. Because he cares. When he's playing like he is...

And Sam Morsy, Wow. He wants to play in every 5-a-side. And every... You name it. He would play with under 18s if I'd let him today. You know. He is one of them lads. So it is good to have that enthusiasm. And ability as well.

Q: Is that one of the keys to how we have turned it around in front of goals? Three games without a goal have been followed by 7 goals in 3 games. Is it that energy, enthusiasm and not letting it get to you.

NW: I think it is just taking your chances. The ones we've missed, I mean. We talk about, that was a big disappointment at Huddersfield. But it wasn't. The disappointment for me at Huddersfield was I should have been stood on the touchline with a fag in my mouth in the second half. We should have been 3 up and cruising and they wouldn't have come anywhere near us. They had to put a lot of work in to get their victory. Good luck to them. It sapped it all for when they went to Cardiff a few days later.

But it wasn't a disappointment in that I didn't see that as we weren't good enough or anything like that. I just thought we lost the opportunities that day to win the game.

Q: Playing so many games Sat – Wed – Sat is it very difficult to keep a level of consistency?

NW: You will have to look yourself and tell me. I don't bloody know do I. I am just doing my best every game. (laughs) They come that quick and you have just got to get on with it. They are a good group and they have been consistent this season, really. So, we have just got to keep going and hope we can take our chances.

He comes across like a great bloke Warnock. Really glad he's in charge of the team.
