His message just now on Tees to the players.
Well said.
Lets hope at least one of them is listening
Warnock has seen it all before. I am not saying he knows what to do at present but he will be building up a picture.
He has said publicly about not having any full backs.
I like that Roofie very descriptive .The issues with Middlesbrough football club go far deeper than team selection in one match.
Neil Warnock has been presented with a tool box full of blunt chisels, files without handles, cross-cut saws without teeth, rusty spanners, blunt bradalls and a jam jar full of old rubber washers and bent nails.
How the hell he is going to salvage a sinking ship with that collection of "tools" [literally] is beyond comprehension.

Red Adair or not:-
its poor leadership when the Captain waits to send out an S.O.S after his vessel is already below the waterline.
At the first hit - the Captain should be aware of the damage and rectify it as soon as possible.
In Boro`s case the Captain has felt water lapping his shoes before he decided it had gone too far to make an effective repair.
Neil Warnock has been given a lifeboat to save an entire ships crew.
Its not possible and we are watching the results every time we get out on the grass.
Perhaps you might benefit from looking at the big picture and not place the plight of our club at the feet of Neil Warnock!Give over.
He took over & we were outside the relegation places, 3 points off 17th and had 8 games to go.
Even now we've dropped into the bottom 3, we are still just 3 points off 18th.
People are reacting as though we have to win every game but everyone around us is just as bad as we are & has spent the season winning 1 & losing 2 etc.
Over the next 5 games we need 1 point more than Hull get & can afford to pick up 3 less than Barnsely & 4 less than Luton.
If we can't do it we deserve to go down as there are a load of bad teams at the bottom.
eh? I'm not blaming Warnock, I didn't think he was messiah before he arrived & still don't, but I'm still fairly confident we'll stay up. Looking at our run in, we've got a decent chance and a better one than with Woodgate at the helm.... not place the plight of our club at the feet of Neil Warnock!
Arguably the last season under McClaren was the start of the slide & the UEFA Cup run allowed a gloss to be put on it, without which & England calling, I think he might have been sacked. We`ve been on the slide since Southgate
Wasn't saying we weren't, we just have to be 4th worst & I reckon we have a decent chance of that or better."There are a load of bad teams at the bottom" - I agree, we are one of them.
We seem to be singing off the same song sheet.eh? I'm not blaming Warnock, I didn't think he was messiah before he arrived & still don't, but I'm still fairly confident we'll stay up. Looking at our run in, we've got a decent chance and a better one than with Woodgate at the helm.
But Warnock doesn't have a magic wand, he can't make bad players good overnight or instill confidence that has been eroded over a season,
One thing I have been surprised about is how the defence have changed and how the shape of the team has changed in the three games we've played so far. I thought he'd pick his defence & would just keep them together.
