NCL Airport parking?

Been quoted £72 for a week , long stay on airport , in July. That is with included discount through Holiday Extras. Can anyone advise if there are cheaper methods or websites that can bring the cost down please? Many thanks.

I used to use a slightly offsite place near the Airport Premier Inn but that hasn't seemed to be an option the last couple of times. The airport Long Stay park always seems to be the only option. Worth paying for a premium slot as it guarantees a space in the section that's just a couple of minutes walk from the terminal, otherwise you could be a few hundred metres away.

But basically, it seems like the alternatives just don't exist any more.

If you google search for discount codes there's usually significant savings to be made when booking direct through the airport website. I've paid that for hotel plus 2 weeks parking previously.. Although that was before the cost of everything sky rocketed.

The price of airport parking has absolutely rocketed over the last few years. Don't understand why that would be? Surely the usual suspects of Brexit and the war in Ukraine can't be factors so is it just profiteering? What are the costs when it's basically just some white lines painted on a concrete floor?

SUN2023 was the last code I was emailed. May save you varying amounts depending on what level of parking you are looking it. I normally run two searches one with the code and one without to see which offers the best value.

Good luck.

That price is about the cheapest you'll get mate. The prices have gone up and the extras sites like Holiday Extras just aren't getting the deals that they used to get (n)

I just booked a night in a Premier Inn and parking for 9 nights in June at Manchester. It was £50 hotel and £86 for the parking. Best I could find and that was £2 cheaper than any Holiday Extra deals. Nothing is cheap anymore... Our trip is basically 100% more than it was 4 years ago, this is via EasyJet and Airbnb. Crazy.

edit

For Newcastle we used to use the parking near Callerton Parkway metro. It was always cheap and only 5 minutes transfer. 1 week is now £99.99! WTF!

Keep in mind that holiday extras usually have 10% on offsite park and fly parking on top of their usual prices / offers. Same with lounges

if you aren't already signed up

Another option is use parkopedia to book cheap parking somewhere and taxi in

Or given that it's NCL, get the metro...
