I always thought he was 'odd' at Luton. Yet you can't knock what he did with them.

It's amusing when he's in charge of a club you don't support.
 
They both take themselves far too seriously. I always find managers like that funny… like when they start behaving like children on the touchline. Arteta does it too.

Results at Luton were very good, however he was always chewing on his nails & really looking overly stressed out.. which can't be a good sign.

Pep, lucky with Barca & Messi, Xavi & Iniesta.. then at Bayern taking over from Jupp (best manager imho) then given oil riches to buy who he wanted.. he's quality, but overly system & philosophy over football flexibility & pragmatism: possession & endless passing.. imho..
 
Southampton made a massive mistake appointing him in the first place, they need to alter it before it becomes to late
