anyone know if they do names and numbers on the kits while you wait at the club shop or do you have to pick them up later. trying to ring the shop to find out and I've been in a queue for over 20 minutes

That's a huge marketing disaster by the club shop.just been to the shop. Due to the backlog they aren't taking any more orders to get names and numbers printed as they can't guarantee they'll be done before xmas

I could understand the week before Christmas, but Dec 9th - unbelievable lack of planning by shop management.
You'd think a bit of overtime offered and a few early / late shifts would soon see the orders completed and any costs would be far outweighed by profits, as must be a good money spinner for the club.
It will also tarnish peoples's opinion for future years and they just might not bother anymore.
