Name a shop that is closed in Teesside that you love to bring back.

The scalextric race car track shop.
It was knocked down for ceveland
Centre..had about 8 track racing in full length of the shop..from front to back with a small staircase in middle due to a slight incline.

He lives in Robin Hood's Bay "has done for years ", next time I see him I will certainly let him know. Another satisfied customer. 👍👍👍

We walked into York and reach Lendl Bridge when she was first sick. We headed back to the car and she was sick another four times in the park next to the river. This continued on all the way home. Nappy sacks are useful thing.

When we got home, the wife went to bed and I went to the pub. We use to have the mother in law live with us then and was an handy live in babysitter.

Around 10pm, I started to feel unwell and had to dash to the Cleveland Inn toilets. Only a desperate man would use these. I headed home and was sick a few times on the way. Both of us ended up in bed vomiting and sh1ting until the Tuesday.

I am sorry you don’t believe me, but it’s a bit difficult to get a doctors note now. 😜

Not saying I don't believe you, but people can get a bug which gives them sickness and diarrhea from lots of places. They often blame the last place they had something to eat, which can be unfair on that restaurant. The only way to know for sure is to report it and get the proper tests.
I used to own a restaurant and speak from bitter experience btw.

Totally understand, but this wasn’t a bug.
 
Alex Smith former Boro player and Kitman, Sports Shop - Alex Smith’s in Billingham will always hold a special place.
 
Another shout for Romer Parish, remember plenty of times in there trying to decide which teams to pick for Subbuteo.

Seem to remember a decent sports shop in the Cleveland centre as well, think it was First Sport but might be wrong on that.

Also Jack Hatfields for random pairs of football boots, remember a pair of Mizunos I got out of there for £40 best boots I’ve ever had.
 
Nat Nimans where the Banana Leaf is, remember getting a £20 ticket and spending it in there.Got 2 pair of trousers,2 shirts and 2 jumpers for £20.Still miss Kebabish and spent all my pocket money in Nelson.
 
What was the name of that adult shop on Borough Rd(??). Never went in at the time, too young, always wondered what was on the other side of that door. 🧐Front was all blacked out, as far as I remember.
