Moukoudi in midfield for the duration of the game

Hes clearly in the wrong position - it was clear after 20 minutes if it was not before the kick off.

He was as good as saville and morrison. We really are wholly reliant on roberts to create anything

You are missing the point badly. He wasn’t needed there for the second half. He shouldn’t of started there but he absolutely shouldn’t of finished the game there. Unbelievable , and a waste of a sub to keep him on in that position where wasn’t affecting the game at all.

Someone on BBC Tees makes a great point.

Warnock complained the squad had too few defenders and too many midfielders and then played a defender in midfield.

These are the types of decision that fans remember. Play your players in there best positions and then if you still aren’t good enough then so be It. But to put Moukoudi there and trying to make him look like a prime Tom Huddlestone was a bit of a joke tbh. I hope it’s not something he ever does again.

I think warnock wanted to play a back 4 to get us up the field but have somebody in front of the back 4 with strong defensive attributes, as it turned out, we didn't need a screener today because QPR just hit us all game in wide areas, love to see their pitch map, i think Warnock thought eze would play more centrally but he spent most of the game off the left, we didn;t lose today because Mokoudi played in front fo the defence, we lost because we have been **** poor for ther last 3 years in creating and scoring goals, i see now we have 40 goals for the year, add up this year and last years goal tally and we are still behind norwichs 2019 season goal tally, we can't expect to 0-0 our way to safety, we have to learn how to score more often

Well he should of changed it then, instead he stuck with the same set up all game. I like Warnock and I’m glad he’s here as he’s probably our best chance of survival given his record but it was poor from him and he is a bag part of the reason we lost today with that team selection.

He obviously doesn’t see anything in Clayton making this decision today

He didn’t rate him at Leeds either. I said from day one I don’t think they get on or that he doesn’t rate Clayts and that does seem to be the case going on what we have seen so far

Howson or McNair should be the defensive midfielder , with one Of them right back
Moukoudi centre half in for Friend
Friend left back in for Johnson
Johnson left back in the dressing room

This is just one of many decisions I've been baffled with from Warnock.

Makoudi has been dreadful since his first ever game for us.

Then persisting with Johnson at FB is remarkable.

Chasing the game and needing a goal, so he throws Nmecha on who is quite frankly one of the worst strikers we've had for a long time.

Honestly I was over the moon when we got Warnock in, but the decisions in the Hull game and against QPR have me scratching my head.

Of course it's allowed. It was a response to the general tone of the thread, not your post in particular.

I think it's because it's nip and tuck whether we'll survive or not and we need our best players in their best positions for near on 90 minutes of the game, to even have us half a chance of staying up.

The Wigan situation really is a get out of jail card at the moment because on paper our fixtures are certainly not the easiest (they obviously could be harder....but definitely could be a lot easier).
