There's no guarantee he'll be fit for the start of next season, and he's been a key player recently, any injury matters.

Browne picked up an injury in January and won't be back fit till well in to next season.
 
These injuries would have surely had a devastating effect last season. Luckily with the position we are in the league we have nowt to win or loose. Time to blood some of the kids.

I quite clearly meant his injury doesn't matter in relation to the rest of this season.

If he's out even longer then all the more reason to see what the rest of the U23's can do.

Would sooner he'd stayed fit as he was starting to look good again after struggling a fair bit when coming back from his first injury, he'll hopefully be a key part next season as Howson's legs seem to be going dramatically.

Surely Hackney has to come in if he's going to play 3 in midfield, because I thought Coulson was absolutely anonymous as a makeshift.
 
Shame. He’s been one of our best players during the downturn in form and was class in a couple of wins not so long ago. He’s turned his form right round in my opinion. Here’s to a speedy recovery and hopefully he’s fit for the start of next season because we need him as Howson is showing strong signs of decline right now.
 
I'd have Morsy as our main holding player next season with two or three mobile midfield players. Howson has gone, Saville is too static, McNair can't play there. We've got Tav but that's about it, time to blood the youngsters to see if hey can step up prior to the summer.
 
Gutted for him , I like him , and he will be missed .
Coulson must step up now and take his chance , he did ok when he came on , and considering his lack of game time , he did not let himself down .
I have always thought he could be a no 10 , he has the attributes and energy , I hope he plays in front of Howson / Saville / Hackney for the remaining games and shows he is worth being a part of the team . A busy player who could be like a new signing if given the chance .

I agree it would be better if Morsey stayed fit but he's not so lets see what Hackney, Coulson, Coburn, Folarin, Jones, Brynn can do. Now's the time to find out.
