This transfer to Arsenal has every chance of happening and more likely than not.
Will Gibbo allow a 20M war chest along with the Hackney money do we think ?
If so happy days !!!

To get 20 million he would have to sell for 130 million i can't see that, if he goes for 90 we get nearly 13 million. Added on to the 12.5 we got from his original sale its good business.. Spence may be getting sold too so hopefully we have a sell on.

I don’t think it’s more likely than not tbh, I don’t see Rogers leaving Villa in this window

I was really hopeful thinking Villa would settle on a price around the 100 million mark?
Once they slapped 130 million on him before any talks can start, I just don't think anyone will go near him for that price.

Spence sale could bring in a few million, hopeful on that one, I think that might happen.

Last I read, Rogers is up for the move. With so much of the transfer window left, I reckon he'll leave, regardless of the Onana injury situation. It's the way transfers are nowadays, rightly or wrongly.

I think much of any incoming money will be used by Sir Steve to pay back some debts and loans associated with the club to keep us solvent. He's not silly, he knows the areas we need to strengthen and replace so money will be avaible to Kim but how much is unquantifiable. At the moment there's a lot going on, personnel wise, and hope that Kim is up to the job tracking it all.

Do we have *that* much debt these days? SG did that huge debt to equity conversion a couple of years ago that cleaned up the balance sheet. Our issues will always be spending relative to the income we generate, especially under the new SCR rules…

If you look on the Deloiitte thread by NorthStand95, there's a precise of the report of the club's financial health that could suggest that there is a shortfall
