Morgan commision paper delayed again today by Home Secretary

Private investigator brutally murdered in the car park of a pub in London,1987; apparent police corruption and interference by the News of the World. The report has been delayed a number of times already and yet again today.

Call me suspicious, but what are they trying to hide? The commision began its work in 2013.

The Guardian are reporting that the Daniel Morgan inquiry panel are refusing to hand over the report to Patel.
