A draw suits Plymouth alot more than us and it did dampen the end to the game

Rain should be catered for when visiting Devon or Cornwall. It comes at you from both east and west.

It’s an away point for us. Not sure that’s an impenetrable argument tbh.

I enjoyed the game and didn’t think the rain caused us as many issues as some of our defending did.

Game was balanced although the initial 20mins in the 2nd half we dominated and simply ran out of puff

When was the last time we used the orange ball? It used to be a regular feature in winter but I can't remember seeing it for ages.

Conditions became very difficult and the ball no longer sped along the grass but no way was it unplayable. Rain or no rain, all credit to the two teams for providing such a spectacle.

The rain killed the game for both teams. It just went totally flat.
Both teams were playing lovely one touch flowing football for 75 minutes.
I never thought it was ever cause to stop the game. This is England. If we stopped for rain then one football season would be played over 3 or 4 years.
